I
forgot to print the signup form when I applied, to be faxed
or mailed to the Bank; what do I do?
Online registration is required, however we do have
a form you can print and send in if you forgot to print the Confirmation
Screen when signing up originally. Click

How secure is my application for online
banking?
We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to
ensure your information is kept secure while using Online Banking.
You will notice that there is a gold padlock (Internet Explorer
users) or a gold key (Netscape Navigator users) at the bottom
of your browser window when you are on a secure site, and also
that the website address begins with an https:// not an http://.
How long will it take to be set up
for online banking?
Once you have signed up online and sent in your
signature form, you will be set up and emailed instructions
on how to log in for the first time, usually within one day.

Is online banking free?
Yes! Online Banking with Bill Pay is free for
use.
Can I pay my Mayflower Bank loan through
online banking?
You can set up Mayflower Bank as a payee using Bill
Pay, and pay your loan using online banking.
