Please note,
Certain of our customers have reported the receipt of a suspicious text message reporting that their debit card has been locked and providing a call back number to unlock the card. Please be assured that this message was not sent by the Bank and should be deleted /ignored and that doing so will not result in a disruption of your debit card service. Although these messages do not purport to be sent specifically from Mayflower Bank, please be aware that Bank would never communicate to its customers via text message nor would it send unsolicited communications asking its customers to supply confidential information.
If you receive any type of suspicious communication purporting to be from Mayflower, please report it to the Bank immediately at 508-947-4343 or email report_abuse@mayflowerbank.com. 
If possible, please include a copy of the message received.
