• The more complete our understanding of your financing needs, the easier it will be to determine the best course of action. In other words, if there are issues that could have a negative effect on your transaction, such as past credit problems or environmental issues with the property you're purchasing, being up-front will allow us to work through it, or structure an alternative approach.
• The more complete the package, the faster it will be to underwrite the application. Try to gain access to historical financial information such as tax returns or interim financial statements prior to, or shortly after, your first contact with the bank. Also, be thorough when you complete any forms required by the bank.
