Mayflower at the Pilgrim Breakfast

Among the hundreds of people attending the Plymouth Antiquarian Society’s Annual Pilgrim Breakfast on June 27 were Mayflower’s Plymouth Branch Manager Molly Garcia and Brad Buttner of our Board of Directors. The Bank was the primary sponsor of this Plymouth family tradition, held on the grounds of the historic Harlow Old Fort House.

Guests enjoyed homemade codfish cakes, baked beans, scrambled eggs, and muffins served by young volunteers in Pilgrim costume, and the occasion included music performances, craft demonstrations, and tours of the Harlow Old Fort House.

The annual Pilgrim Breakfast benefits the preservation of the 1677 Harlow House, one of the oldest surviving Colonial homesteads in Plymouth. For more information about the Plymouth Antiquarian Society, visit www.plymouthantiquariansociety.org.
